Booking and payment terms:
Each booking order is confirmed by the lessor with a booking confirmation with payment instructions by e-mail
The reservation is valid after payment of the advance (30% of the rent)
The remainder of the rent + deposit of 300 euros must be paid to our account no later than 30 days before the start of the rental period
The deposit will be refunded no later than 1 week after your departure
In the event of non-payment or late payment of the balance of the rent, the lessor is entitled to cancel the booked period
You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation requests must be sent via email to info@apartmentrentalpalmmar.com
